"Many
times the answers to all of our questions are right in front of us,
but because many of God’s people are not trained or taught properly
how to use what God has already given us: His examples, His pattern,
and His Word. Rather than the flawed knowledge of man, cultural traditions,
and silly superstitions, the Church is deceived and the only people
who tend to see the deception are those who are outside the church."
Known to be a reformer, F. L. Anderson, Pastor of Greater Transformation
Fellowship in Houston, Texas, steps outside the box with his latest
book "Clever Lies and Assumptions from the Pulpit to the
Pews." His latest work challenges Church issues, perceptions,
and doctrines that are not biblical but rather old and traditional
assumptions.
Six
years of prayer, research and interviews have led to the contents
of a book that will usher in a new breed of Church leaders who will
lead a lost generation back to Christ.
Clever
Lies and Assumptions answers questions that lay heavy on the
hearts of many Churchgoers. It brings clarity to issues that plague
the Church and contradict scripture.
Finally,
a book that talks about what "Churchgoers" want and need
to know,
including:

Pastor Anderson says, "The Christian church is congested with
leaders who do and say things based on tradition and “Church”
culture. Their frame of reference is based on old assumptions they acquired
from the teachings of leaders who came before them and rarely will they
thoroughly research the topics or issues in which they speak about."

I agree with you. Thanks for standing up.

There
he goes again speaking the truth. He better be careful because someone
might actually hear him. This could result in a person increasing
their understanding while at the same time decreasing the contents
of the collection among those misguiding the sheep.

"Great job, Rev. Anderson. As Ministers of the Gospel we should
proclaim the Word of God and not be limited by our lack of faith,
nor allowing the world or, our flesh to steer us away from God's will.
Let us move away form the law and into God's grace completely.”
Rev. J. W. Axsom Th.D
“My goodness! I've been dealing with these issues for months.
I am really glad to know that in fact I was hearing the Holy Spirit.
But too many times saved Christians only hear what the pastor/elder/minister
tells them verses searching God's word for themselves to find the
truth. Thank you!”

Pastor
Anderson, I look forward to reading your book " Clever Lies and
Assumptions from the Pulpit to the Pews". My husband and I, have
start up Church in Longwood, Fl. We also understand the need for individual
Christians to grow and flourish in Christ. It is imperative God's
word is understood. Man made traditions leads to confusion that empowers
road blocks against living fully in fullness of God. May God continue
to Bless you as you move forward in delivering God's word.

Praise
God! I am so grateful that someone has actually been inspired and
blessed to write what I have always believed in my heart. I grew up
in a Baptist Church and after 19 was estranged from the Church for
the very same reasons you allude to in your book. I started studying
the Bible with understanding at 9 years old and no one could answer
the questions I had as I was growing in Christ.
Pastor
Anderson, I thank God and I thank you. I've longed for a ministry
that practices what the Bible teaches.
Faithfully yours,

I
just read excerpts from your book. I can’t wait to read the
whole message. I am a product of the church and all its hypocrisies,
conspiracy of tithing, pimping, manipulating the congregants, and
various hoodwinking methods of the Leadership. I was guilty of being
a part of some of those methods. There was something inside me that
let me know that this was not of God (after believing the falsehoods
for over 20 years.) Over the last 4 years I began to study for myself.
In the beginning it caused so much anger and resentment at the church
I could not stomach being around any of that foolishness. The more
I studied the more was uncovered and the resentment grew. While the
resentment has subsided, the desire for the truth still yells in my
belly. It’s weird I have been thinking the same but you wrote
them in words and produced a book. It’s a good feeling to hear
another voice of truth when all around you is the contrary. So even
before I read the book I am compelled to say thank you. I know this
was not an easy task. I know others around you questioned your sanity.
You probably were even told you’ll lose everything etc. but
the truth will always stand. The question is where WE will stand when
the truth contradicts our belief. I will be ordering several copies
of your book for myself and others.
